Instructor Biographies

 

Donald Bryant
Don is a Procurement Manager at Bath Iron Works, a General Dynamics

Company. Don has 30 years of materials and manufacturing management

experience at BIW and is currently the Supply Chain lead for all BIW life

cycle programs. He holds a MBA from New Hampshire College and APICS CPIM.

Through APICS, Don has provided manufacturing and materials management

education programs at over 25 Maine companies.



Don DeRoy

Don has been an APICS Instructor since 2002. He has over 30 years experience in various positions within Production Control and Supply Chain Management. He is currently employed within Supply Chain at Fairchild Semiconductor in South Portland. Don has an undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University where he majored in Marketing and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University where he has taught several undergraduate courses. Don also serves as vice-president on the chapter’s Board of Directors.



Paul Anderson
A CPIM since 1987 and CPM since 1989, Paul has over 25 years experience in manufacturing. He has worked for Digital Equipment Corporation, SCI Systems, Mercury Computer Systems, and SKY Computers Inc. before becoming an MRP Manager for Huhtamaki Food Services in Waterville. Paul’s background includes Materials, New Product Introduction, Supply Chain Management, Program Management, and MRP system implementation and upgrades
